The selected company will enter into an agreed contract to deliver technical support during 24/7/365 of the NLB website and shop. The contract will include the following requirements. •Review the existing WordPress NLB website and e-commerce shop and provide a recommendation report •Quarterly health checks •Updates as required •Upgrades as required •Development work as and when required. Based on a 7 hours day rate (for example, creating a new area/page from supplied graphics) •Training as and when required.
